First-class meals on Titanic consisted of up to 13 different courses. Each course had wine and lasted 4/5 hours.

Passengers traveling in first-class enjoyed extraordinary dining and delicacies like pâté de foie gras, peaches in chartreuse jelly and Waldorf pudding.
The second class passengers ate almost the same dishes as the first class, minus the wine servings.
